OraSchemadoc

Oraschemadoc is "JavaDoc" style detailed documentation for all objects in schema covering Oracle specific features. Written in Phyton. OraSchemaDoc generates: Data about all tables, including columns, table constraints(check, unique and referential), indexes, including functional and domain indexes, views, PL/SQL triggers, procedures, functions, packages, Sanity check - report about missed indexes on foreign key columns, and automatically generated sql file with definition of missed indexes. Export data model to Dia UML diagram.

gASQL

gASQL is a tool to help administer a database with a nice GUI. It uses gnome-db as a mean to access the database, so any DBMS supported by gnome-db

OraSnap

Here are all the SQL scripts that most of us already have in our arsenal, collected and packaged and ready to use. The "twist" is the way the information is presented. All of the statistics are generated with HTML tags - which can then be viewed with a web browser. Each report has the source code used for the information and notes with relevant information about the statistics gathered. OraSnap currently has over 110 scripts that generate a multitude of information.

iSQL-Viewer

iSQL-Viewer is an open-source JDBC 2.x compliant database front end written in the Java programming language. It is designed to exploit the features of the JDBC API across the multiple platforms that adhere to it. It does it all through a single interface. iSQL-Viewer works with some of the most popular database platforms available including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and Informix. iSQL-Viewer also provides a variety of tools to carry out a variety of common database tasks. It includes a friendly SQL console for executing SQL statements, batch processing, table creation, database introspection, and finally, import and export to popular file formats such as Microsoft Excel, XML, HTML,and ASCII delimited.

SQuirrel

SQuirreL SQL Client is a graphical Java program that will allow you to view the structure of a JDBC compliant database, browse the data in tables, issue SQL commands etc. The minimum version of Java supported is 1.3, however some people have had problems with Java 1.3.0 so it is recommended that you upgrade to at least Java 1.3.1.
