Explore2fs |
Windows explorer-type program to read Linux Ex2fs disk partitions. With this program you may access linux files on linux partitions from windows 95/98/NT/2000/Xp. The other way around is less of a problem since Linux knows most other file system types and layout. Actual page for this program is http://uranus.it.swin.edu.au/~jn/linux/explore2fs.htm and John Newbigin who written this has also made a http://uranus.it.swin.edu.au/~jn/linux/ext2ifs.htm driver for windows, that you can install to access the Linux partition from standard windows programs.

Best Windows Speed-up! Remove Internet Explorer! :) (Use Opera) and some other space and resource demanding software. Uninstall software that you did not know existed! Now there are Lite versions for w98, w2000 and XP. This "tweak package" for MsWindows is one of the smartest around and allows you to uninstall windows packages that Microsoft does not deliver any uninstall functions for, like media player, help files etc. Makes W98/w2k/XP smaller faster and more stable. The software is downloadable in a limited version but with no nags. If you still are running W98 there is a useful utility "IEradicator"
